Output of the software includes brain volume measurments and images that have been annotated with color overlays, with each color representing a specific segmented structure.
NeuroQuant executes a proprietary automated workflow that performs image filtering, artifact correction, segmentation, and report generation. From a workflow perspective, it is packaged as a computing appliance that is DICOM compliant using the DICOM format for input and output data.

PETQuant is provides physicians with a cutting-edge tool in the study of frontotemporal dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. PETQuant automatically quantifies PET tracer bindings localized to brain structures identified by NeuroQuant 3D T1 MRI segmentation. Users can select between two tracers for metabolic (FDG) and amyloid-based (Florbetapir) analysis. Visual and statistical (Z-score) comparisons of each normalized regional PET tracer value can be compared to normative population data. Compatible with GE, Philips, and Siemens PET and PET/CT scanners, PETQuant enables better insight that leads to breakthrough discoveries.
