The VM-3000 Mercury Vapor Monitor measures the mercury concentration in gases continuously. It is used in the laboratory or can be installed at places where mercury has to be monitored. It is a great tool for plenty of different fields of applications in scientific research or the industrial sector:

The Mercury Tracker-3000 XS is a leightweight, compact and rugged instrument with built-in GPS for measuring the mercury concentration in air.

The UT-3000 Mercury Ultratracer provides a compact and reliable tool for measuring mercury in gases at ultra trace levels. Utilizing the high performance GoldTrap amalgamation module and an optimized state-of-the-art AA-mercury vapor detector the UT-3000 Ultratracer offers detection limits at sub-ng/m³ (ppq-parts per quadrillion) levels.

The LabAnalyzer 254 is used for quantitative determination of mercury in aqueous samples and sample digests.

The AULA 254 is used for fully automatic determination of mercury traces in liquid samples and sample digests. The instrument carries out routine analysis: sample after sample following exactly the preselected procedure thus increasing efficiency and productivity of your lab.

The mercury process analyzer PA-2 is used for continuous monitoring of mercury concentrations in industrial processes. Applications include effluent and quality control in chlorine-alkali plants, monitoring of scrubber water of waste incinerators and power plants, control of industrial sewage and purification plants, quality control of sulphuric acid, drinking water. Special version  for concentrated caustic solutions (NaOH, KOH) are available

The SM-3 is used for continuous monitoring of mercury in stack gas. Bound forms of mercury like HgCl2, HgO, HgS and particulate mercury are detected as well as elemental mercury.

Mercury Instruments has specially designed the Mercury Stack Gas Monitor SM-4 for precise and reliable measurement of very low Hg concentrations in stack gases with a complex matrix containing SO2, NOx, HCl and others.

The SM-4 mobile by Mercury Instruments was developed on the basis of the well proven SM-4 Stack gas monitor. Its measurement principle and technique, its thermocatalytic reactor, the detector and the sample probe are identical with those of the stationary SM-4.

Automatic Monitoring of Mercury in Air and other GasesThe sample is continuously drawn from each sampling point through special tubing to a heated multiplexer valve unit. One sample at a time is fed into the Mercury Vapor Monitor where the mercury concentration is measured. All sample lines are permanently purged with sample thus minimizing the response time of the system. By this method sample line lengths of 100 m and even more can be employed.

Mercury Instruments has engineered a system for automatic and continuous monitoring of mercury levels in natural gas and other flammable gases. We install the mercury analyzer (and accessories such as an automatic calibrator) in a pressurized enclosure that is approved for use even in hazardous zones (ATEX, IEC-Ex).

The System comprises the well proven UT-3000 Ultratracer and the NG Sampling System 3000 for sample conditioning. Both units are housed within a rigid and sturdy plastic cabinet with sunk-in wheels at the bottom side for easy transport.
